LOW COST. LOW COMMITMENT.LOCAL: MFA 616 is a local and affordable alternative for families who do not want to commit to full-year travel soccer or futsal teams or did not make a travel soccer team. The MFA 616 programs exist to make the game of soccer more accessible to the youth of Grand Rapids.

Free Soccer for all! MFA’s Grassroots soccer program is back, providing free soccer for the youth in Grand Rapids. See what MFA has to offer for all skill levels! Bring a friend to show them what MFA 616 is all about!

MFA 616 TEAMS
This program is designed to provide players with a season of learning the fundamentals of soccer with a commitment to keeping it fun. With 5 seasons to choose from, this program utilizes our incredible facilities to host training and league play with varying divisions based on age and skill. Players can choose between outdoor soccer, indoor soccer, and futsal!

REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS
No refunds will be issued for any reason other than one which has been clinically diagnosed by a medical professional. Before a refund can be issued, MFA must receive verbal confirmation or written documentation from a medical professional indicating that the athlete can no longer participate. In all cases a $25 administrative fee will be deducted from the amount of the issued refund.
Due to the high demand of our camps and clinics, pro-rated amounts cannot be issued.
