West Michigan Soccer Cup

Join us for West Michigan’s destination location tournament that hosted over 270 teams in 2023 from around the Midwest and Canada! Register today to compete in fall preseason competition.

  • Ages: U7-U15 Boys & Girls, U16-U19 Girls ONLY

    • 4v4 (U7-U8) $375
    • 7v7 (U9-U10) $699
    • 9v9 (U11-U12) $750
    • 11v11 (U13-U15) $799
    • 11v11 (U16-U19) $850

West Michigan Futsal as partnered with SiteSearch to provide quality, affordable lodging for our events! This tournament is not a stay-to-play event, and lodging can be set up individually by clubs/teams as they desire. 
Holland is one of West Michigan’s top destination locations for Michiganders and those from around the Midwest! Off the field, teams can experience Holland’s downtown local shops and restaurants, Lake Michigan’s shores, scenic trails, and tons of rich history. Plan your stay and make your tournament weekend one the team won’t forget!
 

 

REGISTRATION & DOCUMENTS

  • The WMSC will be using GotSport and SportsForms
  • If your club uses GotSport, use your team ID at registration
  • Player & coach documents NOT required upon registration
  • REGISTRATION DEADLINE: JULY 26, 2024

REQUIRED DOCUMENTS

  • Submitted through SportsForms:
    • Tournament Waiver
    • Player & Coach Pass Cards
      • Official copy of cards with a photograph for each player, from the 2024-25 season.
    • Official Team Roster
      • Copy of your current official league roster, signed by the league registrar.
    • Coach Documents
      • Risk Management
      • Concussion Certification
      • SafeSport Certification

***Documents will be reviewed by the tournament admin for approval/denial.

All Required Documents must be submitted prior to Wednesday, August 21 for approval.

RULES & FORMS

  • All teams will be required to submit Required Documents electonrically through SportsForms.
  • 6 weeks prior to the start, teams will receive a link through Sportsforms to begin uploading documents.
  • DOCUMENT SUBMISSION DEADLINE: Wednesday, August 21

MAILED PAYMENTS

  • For teams who selected ‘pay by check’ at registration, physical payments can be mailed to:

    • Memo: ‘Team Name – WMSC’

CHECK-IN

  • Check-in will be IN PERSON.
  • Physical payments will NOT be accepted onsite. Checks must be mailed.
  • One team representative must check-in at the tent to receive the team wristbands.
  • Teams without bands will NOT be eligible to compete.
  • No physical documentation is needed, as documents are required to be submitted through SportsForms before the deadline.
