MFA 616 Programs
LOW COST. LOW COMMITMENT.LOCAL: MFA 616 is a local and affordable alternative for families who do not want to commit to full-year travel soccer or futsal teams or did not make a travel soccer team. The MFA 616 programs exist to make the game of soccer more accessible to the youth of Grand Rapids.

Who?
- MFA 616 offers co-ed teams for athletes 5-12 years old (2010-2017 birth years).
Soccer Class? (*New addition 2023-24)
- 6-week curriculum with basic, fundamental training by soccer-experienced coaches.
- Each participant receives a free class shirt with their registration.
MFA 616 Teams
This program is designed to provide players with a season of learning the fundamentals of soccer with a commitment to keeping it fun. With 5 seasons to choose from, this program utilizes our incredible facilities to host training and league play with varying divisions based on age and skill. Players can choose between outdoor soccer, indoor soccer, and futsal!

MFA 616 TRY-INs
MFA offers an alternative option for players that didn’t get selected for travel teams who still want to hone their soccer skills and play in a team-based environment. Come to the MFA 616 Try-INs for a free flowing soccer camp where players show up and play while parents get MFA 616 season information and can sign up for a 616 team on the spot. Players should sign up if attending!

REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS
No refunds will be issued for any reason other than one which has been clinically diagnosed by a medical professional. Before a refund can be issued, MFA must receive verbal confirmation or written documentation from a medical professional indicating that the athlete can no longer participate. In all cases a $25 administrative fee will be deducted from the amount of the issued refund.
Due to the high demand of our camps and clinics, pro-rated amounts cannot be issued.
